จากกระทู้เก่าที่เคยถามไว้เรื่องค่าส่งขิมจากที่ไทยมาอเมริกา ไม่ทราบว่าประมาณเท่าไรคะ? เปลี่ยนใจจากขิมผีเสื้อไม้สักเป็น ขิมคางหมูไม้ชิงชัง (น้ำหนักต่างกันมากมั๊ยคะ?) ที่อยู่คร่าวๆ Los Angeles,California 90034 USA นะคะ รบกวนด้วยคะ :)

1. Will you send Thai Khim hammer dulcimer (prefer teak wood but other wood will be accepted) to Louisiana, United States?

2. How much it will be plus shipping cost?

3. How much for extra pair of the special pieces to play khim (the wood pieces to hit the strings)?

4. I want to buy DVD and/or book that teach how to play it. I knew some, but want to get more techniques. Please tell the price of DVD or VCD that show and guide how to play it with songs, notes, etc.
